Things work out for us in all the universes

i. In one universe the sky is always pink and orange and we can touch each other through the wind so every time I feel a breeze on my cheek I know it's your mouth and I smile.

ii. In one universe we are flowers growing alone in different sides of the garden but a little girl and her mother pluck us from our homes and put us in a vase where we wilt together.

iii. In one universe we can breathe underwater and the bottom of the ocean is where we said "I love you" for the first time.

iv. In one universe we are the same age. We learn to drive at the same time, we spend hours driving to see each other even just for fifteen minutes and we graduate high school together. 

v. In one universe time resets and we fall in love with each other all over again every time.

vi. In one universe we can live in outer space. We buy our own star and we always take pictures to hang on the walls. We never get tired of each other. We can breathe there in a way we could never breathe here. 

vii. In one universe you never lie and I'm not scared of heights. We don't fight and we both get enough sleep.

viii. In one universe we never forget that we love each other.

ix. In one universe we grow up together, you live at the house next door, we run down hills together and hold hands when it snows. You are there when I turn seven. You are there when I turn seventeen. You love me the whole time.

x. In one universe you don't shout. I never cry. Neither of us know what tears taste like.
